From the very beginning, Mint Hill Smiles’ founders had a unique vision: to create a different kind of dental office. Our values-driven company — built on compassion, full engagement, a growth mindset, and taking responsibility — has transformed this start up practice into a thriving business.
Dr. Marvelli and Dr. Kamodia both attended the University of Michigan and become fast friends during dental school. They went their separate ways for a few years, before they decided to move to Charlotte, NC and start a dental practice together in 2019. Their focus on leadership, teamwork, and giving back has lead to explosive growth and created incredible opportunities for the people around them.
