In this next section you will be recording yourself presenting treatment plans to patients.
The goal for this section is to assess how well you:
- Present treatment plans using proper verbage
- Connect with the patient
- How well you handle questions from patients
- Evaluating if you used the pre treatment estimate guide correctly in the plans presented
- Schedule/ attempting to schedule patients for appointments.
Below, you will find a link to the document you must complete to pass the mastery. While you are training, you are required to record and self evaluate 5 recordings prior to starting the official grading audit.

We currently have 3 IPads available for the business team members to use to complete the recordings. All IPads automatically sync to each other so you can record off of any you need. You will be using the voice recording app from Apple. When you finish a recording, you need to label the recording with the patient number and your initials. Be sure to document the recordings on self evaluation and audit sheets.
