All employees will have key code access to Mint Hill Smiles. All employees are prohibited from entering the
building during non-working hours, except in the cases of providing emergency treatment or opening the
building for maintenance workers.
All employees are prohibited from communicating the key code to those who do not work at Mint Hill
Smiles.
I promise to only enter the office during working hours and promise to never tell those
who do not work at Mint Hill Smiles the access code. I understand that I will be
prosecuted to the full extent of the law if I violate this agreement.
