While making sure that the new patient experience is the best, we also focus on returning patients. They are very important to the practice because they are the patients that form connections to our provider teams and give us potential referrals to friends and family.
Our goal as a dental team is to make sure that our patients’ oral health is our top priority. We want patients to change their mindset on ‘going to the dentist’ and show to their appointments with smiles and laughter. The patient experience coordinator is a person they will see at the beginning of the appointment that will restart their connection with us.
We make it our mission to celebrate the wins of our patients. Whether it is personal (birthday or new baby in the family) or treatment based (moved to a healthy cleaning or finished a large treatment plan), we want to make sure that our patients know that we support their wins.
- Checking in a returning patient
- It is important to make sure that we have valid forms of communication with our patients. We send letters, texts and emails for multiple reasons. Some reasons include:
- Appointment Reminders
- Insurance Verification
- Treatment Scheduling
- Account Balances/Credits
