Three Phases of Treatment Coordinating

  1. Provider will call for treatment coordinator
    • 1.1 Getting called in the Suite
    • 1.2 Being introduced to the patient (CVB, FORE)
    • 1.3 Listen to provider review recommended treatment
    • 1.4 Provider will ask if the patient or treatment coordinator has questions
  2. Treatment coordinator leaves room to put plan together
    • 2.1 Using the pre treatment estimate guide you will compile the treatment plan estimates for the patient
    • 2.2 Look at today’s schedule and see if there is room for same day service/ next availability
  3. Treatment coordinator will return to suite to review the treatment plan
    • 3.1 Review estimated costs
    • 3.2 Go over office policies and sign treatment plan
    • 3.3 Schedule next visit(s)
