Reservation Deposit Policy
In order to schedule a treatment appointment, we take a $50 reservation deposit. This deposit reserves the provider’s time for the patient to get their treatment done.
The reservation deposit will go towards the out of pocket cost due at the appointment; however, we do ask that the patient let the office know at least 48 BUSINESS HOURS in advance if they are unable to make it or need to reschedule.
Reservation Deposit Policy Scenarios
Some patients who dislike the policy like to debate about what 48 business hours mean so it is important we all have the same interpretation
- Our office’s interpretation of 48 business hours notice is notice that is given two full working days before the appointment that is scheduled.
- An appointment that is scheduled Wednesday at 3:00 PM needs to be rescheduled by Monday at 3:00 PM at the latest to not be considered a late cancellation.
- Weekends are not included in business hours!
- An appointment scheduled Monday at 8:00AM needs to be rescheduled by Thursday at 8:00AM at the latest to not be considered a late cancellation.
- Should the patient cancel their appointment after the 48 business hour mark the reservation deposit is applied as a $50 late cancellation fee.
- A new reservation deposit will need to be made to reschedule the treatment.
