Capturing Audio:
Step 1: Using the designated Tablet, open the MyRecorder app.
Step 2: Before walking into the suite to present a treatment plan, press the record button in the bottom middle of the screen. You can press the side button to close the screen and the audio will continue recording.
Step 3: Place the tablet down on the counter with the bottom of the tablet in the direction of where your conversation will be so the audio will be picked up.
Step 4: Present the treatment plan and be sure to use the proper verbage.
Step 5: If the patient is staying for SDS, notify clinical team members and add the treatment to the schedule. If the patient is not staying for SDS, schedule the patient and begin the checkout process like normal.
Step 6: Once you have finished what you need to do, retrieve the tablet from the suite and Click the save button in the lower right corner.
Step 7: Rename the recording to the patient’s number and date. Example: “3580 01.09.2023”
Step 8: Rename the tag to your initials followed by Sec. TXC Mastery. Example “AN Sec. TXC Mastery” and press save. For the first recording only you will need to create the tag by pressing the drop down arrow and scrolling down and pressing “add”.
Step 9: Log the recording on the provided form.
