Recorded Treatment Presentation Tracker

You will need to log 5 or more recordings of you presenting a treatment plan. If you present plans with multiple steps you can avoid doing more than 5 recordings.

At least once in the recordings, the following types of treatment need to be included:

• Sealants
• Fillings
• Buildup & Crowns
• gum disease
• Gum management cleaning
• root canals
• extractions
• occlusal guards
