Once your form is filled out, you will scan a copy onto the computer in PDF format.
You will submit this PDF onto the team website for your team lead to review.
Once submitted, send your team lead a task, letting them know the form is submitted and waiting for their approval.

Because you have the ability to listen back to your recording and decide if you would like to use them towards your mastery. All nine points are required, per recording, in order to pass this portion of the mastery. Additionally, if you submit a set of recordings and you miss points on only one of the recordings, you will not be able to reuse any of those recordings for when you submit again.
