For patients that seem confused or like they might forget the multiple steps I offer to print the treatment plan for them, so they can take it with them.
- I prefer to print the treatment plans rather than sending them through flex. When the treatment plan is sent through flex the grouping and prioritization of the treatment plan can sometimes change and be confusing. You could also email the tx plan saved in open dental, but there are more steps involved.
