Mint Hill Smiles team members work extremely hard and are held to a high standard to provide five star service to our patients. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, high energy, and a can-do attitude. No experience is necessary and training materials will be provided for motivated candidates.
Current working hours for team members are as follows:
Monday: 6:30AM – 8:30 PM
Tuesday: 6:30AM – 8:30 PM
Wednesday: 6:30AM – 8:30 PM
Thursday: 6:30AM – 8:30 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Our office has morning and afternoon shifts available. All team members are required to work some early hours and some late hours.
Expect a fast paced environment, interesting coworkers, community involvement in events, and a strong social media presence. Our practice uses OpenDental practice management software, primarily paperless patient forms, online scheduling, and automated patient reminder and recall systems. Our state-of-the-art equipment and technology allows us to provide high quality patient care and requires our team members to be willing to learn new techniques and software regularly.
We expect our team members to communicate and connect with each of our patients on a personal level to create a positive, unique, and memorable experience for each person that walks in. Our team members learn new procedures and techniques quickly and follow written protocols with attention to detail on a daily basis.
